The problem to solve

Balancing the physical and the spiritual is always a challenge. Especially in an education setting. The problem H2H faced was that a lot of the schools they had personally attended or had access to were focusing on the physical, scientific side or the spiritual and emotional side, not both. H2H wanted to have a brand that reflected their holistic view of instruction and practice, and attract students who wanted that balance too. They also wanted a way to express themselves visually while still making sense in the context of their location; stand out and fit in.

Heart to Hands looks to provide training that is pragmatically holistic, creating professionals that are highly skilled, scientifically minded, spiritually centered, and passionate about their chosen vocation.

Our role

We helped H2H create an identity that is authentic, future-focused, professional and welcoming, so that they can continue to communicate the vision and actions of their institution. With a clear identity and appropriate tools they can consistently promote their programs, set expectations with their students, and engage in the professional network of their region.

User personas

We developed two User Personas for H2H to assist in focusing and fine-tuning the school’s future marketing efforts.

Using detailed market research we built a sense of who new massage school students would most likely be and designed a marketing strategy to engage them specifically.

HEART TO HANDS believes in balance. Body and mind, science and spirit, work and rest. Our mission is to train students to use that balance. The knowledge they need and the wisdom of how to apply it. The ability to be professional but create connection. To teach others while remaining open to learn.

With this balance we intend to reshape the massage industry in our region, creating fulfilled professionals, satisfied clients, and new opportunities.
